Founded in 2011, Cultivate Ventures is a real estate developer, investor, and advisory firm. Cultivate’s partners and network bring an unequaled combination of domain expertise in a variety of high-yield real estate sectors, with strong in-house real estate, legal, and accounting experience. Cultivate Ventures also has strong expertise in high-yield, long-term, alternative investments in private companies, specifically in niche sectors defined by high barriers to entry and complexity.
The Partnership
Cultivate Ventures launched CVCOF-GP in 2018 to manage its family of CVCOF real estate investment funds. CVCOF-GP partners and advisors bring extensive fund management and transactional experience, a market-leading real estate track record, and a vast national network of professionals and partners for sourcing deals, and co-investment, advising, business development, and investment monitoring. CVCOF-GP has full in-house investment and QOF compliance teams (tax, accounting, and legal) to support its investment funds.
Our Funds
Cultivate Ventures' CVCOF Funds offers both traditional real estate funds open to all capital investments, and our Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds open to eligible capital gains. Funds invest in a complete suite of real estate for development, adaptive reuse, or investment in other real estate funds. Funds target industrial, residential, commercial, hospitality, health care, and other real estate technology assets. Investments are diversified across asset class and industry, specifically designed to balance the timing of cash yields with long-term capital appreciation.
Cultivate Ventures currently has two CVCOF Funds open for investment: CVCOF-III is a traditional real estate fund, and CVCOF-IV is open to eligible capital gains for OZ-qualified investments. Interested in learning more?
